Technical Requirements
Using a tablet or mobile device as the primary method to join the boot camp severely limits your ability to fully and actively participate. A computer with a stable internet connection is highly encouraged.
OMG Requirement
A $400.00 OMG (Objective Management Group) Sales Evaluation is required by each participant in order to attend the boot camp. Order an OMG.
Schedule
The online live boot camp occurs for 5 consecutive days, 4 hours each day.
Refer to the selected training for specific start and end times.
Attendance
SBE requires active participation through the boot camp. Active participation includes, but is not limited to, participating in virtual classroom activities, discussions, breakout sessions, and role-play. Attendees should be set up in a quiet area where there is minimal interruption.
Attendance will be taken daily. Participants who miss more than one live session will be removed from the class.
How to Join the Boot Camp
Each attendee that was designated to get their own meeting link will receive a Zoom meeting confirmation email with the link to join the boot camp. They will also receive their link 30 minutes prior to the start of the first day of boot camp.
Meeting links must not be shared and are unique to each attendee. If attendees are to join the training in a group setting, then a zoom meeting confirmation email will only be sent to the attendees designated to get their own meeting link.
Training Materials
The attendee's OMG Evaluation and boot camp workbook are required and will be regularly referenced during the boot camp. A copy of each will be emailed no later than 2 business days prior to the start of boot camp.
It is highly encouraged to have each printed and ready for boot camp, especially in group settings. If unable to print, attendees with mobile devices and/or dual screens may use their digital copy as long as it is readily available and easy to read.
Professional Conduct
SBE will not permit any person (employee, manager or owner) to recruit employees from another company attending one of the SBE boot camps or training at any time. Any person who attempts to recruit another employee will not be allowed to attend any future boot camps with SBE. This includes asking for contact information, giving another employee your contact information or business card and generally asking them about their position and commitment to their current employer. Please understand we take this seriously, and SBE will continue to protect the interests of all SBE companies at all times.
Please indicate you understand the terms and conditions and would like to proceed with your registration.
